1. 账户与工作区

请提供真实且可使用的邮箱，并保护登录方式。同一已验证邮箱可关联原有 VideoAnt 账户。VideoAnt 与 VidVid 的积分、订单及生成记录分别管理；迁移的积分仅能在对应平台使用。草稿暂与当前浏览器工作区关联，请自行导出重要方案。

2. 内容与使用责任

你应拥有上传素材、产品信息及参考内容的必要权利和许可。不得使用服务侵犯他人权利、冒充他人、制作违法或误导性广告。参考模板不代表授权使用第三方品牌或素材。AI 内容可能不准确，发布前请核对产品事实、画面、人物、声明及目标平台规则；生成结果不保证独占性、广告效果或投资回报。

3. 方案和实际生成

保存草稿与分镜方案本身不收取视频生成积分。方案中的时长、版本与镜头是创意计划，实际生成的模型、时长、画幅和积分以提交前的报价为准。当前视频服务通过 WaveSpeed 提供；第三方处理时间及输出可能变化，服务不保证每次生成都符合主观预期。

4. 价格、积分与支付

充值是以 USD 结算的一次性购买，无自动续费。可用支付方式和最终付款金额请以收银台为准。活动价、截止时间及积分数量在购买前展示。新购买的 VideoAnt 积分当前长期有效；迁移积分保留原有效期。积分用于平台服务，不能视为现金或自由转账余额。

提交生成时预扣报价积分，确认任务失败后退回，并保留原积分有效期。提供方状态不明确时需核对后处理，请先查看任务记录，避免重复提交。支付退款会按比例收回充值积分；已用积分造成的不足部分会抵扣后续充值。需要退款或订单核对时，请联系支持，我们会结合付款状态、实际使用情况及适用要求处理。

5. 可用性与支持

服务可能因维护、网络或提供方故障暂时中断。请保存重要输入和已生成结果；外部视频链接的持续可用性不作永久承诺。遇到错误请提供订单号或任务号，不要通过邮件发送密码或 API 密钥。违反使用规则的活动可能被限制，我们会按情况核对和处理账户及未结订单。

6. 隐私和更新

数据处理见隐私政策。本页会随功能与收费规则变化更新并标注日期；已确认订单的价格以该订单为准。本说明不排除适用法律赋予你的权利。

Terms of Service

1. Accounts and workspaces

Use an accurate, accessible email and protect your sign-in methods. A matching verified email can link an existing VideoAnt account. VideoAnt and VidVid maintain separate credits, orders and generation records; migrated credits are usable only on the relevant platform. Drafts currently belong to the browser workspace. Export important plans yourself.

2. Content and responsible use

You must have the necessary rights and permission for uploaded assets, product information and references. Do not infringe rights, impersonate others or produce unlawful or misleading ads. Templates do not grant rights to third-party brands or assets. AI content may be inaccurate. Review product facts, imagery, people, claims and destination platform rules before publishing. Outputs are not guaranteed to be exclusive or deliver advertising results or a return on investment.

3. Plans and generation

Saving drafts and storyboard plans does not itself charge video generation credits. Durations, versions and scenes in a plan describe creative intentions. The actual model, duration, aspect ratio and credit charge are shown in the quote before submission. Current video generation uses WaveSpeed. Provider processing times and outputs can vary; each output is not guaranteed to meet subjective expectations.

4. Prices, credits and payment

Credit top-ups are one-time purchases billed in USD, without automatic renewal. Check available payment methods and the final charge at checkout. Promotional prices, end dates and credit quantities are shown before purchase. Newly purchased VideoAnt credits currently have no expiry; migrated credits retain their original expiry. Credits pay for platform services and are not cash or freely transferable funds.

The quoted credits are reserved on generation submission. A confirmed failed task returns credits with their original expiry. Uncertain provider status requires reconciliation first; check job records before resubmitting. Payment refunds reclaim proportional purchased credits; deficits caused by used credits offset later top-ups. Contact support for refunds or reconciliation. Requests are assessed against payment status, actual use and applicable requirements.

5. Availability and support

Maintenance, network or provider failures may interrupt service. Keep copies of important inputs and outputs; external video links are not promised to remain available permanently. Supply an order or job ID for support, never passwords or API secrets. Activities violating these rules may be restricted while accounts and open orders are reviewed.

6. Privacy and updates

See the Privacy Policy for data handling. This page and its date are updated as features and charging rules change; confirmed order prices remain those of that order. These rules do not exclude rights granted by applicable law.
